About Suzanne

Suzanne set-up Sunlight yoga in 2010. She first discovered yoga 17 years ago and came to it purely as another form of exercise.

She then dipped into and out of both yoga and pilates for a number of years. However, it was about 7 years ago whilst going through a particularly challenging time that she rediscovered yoga and understood the emotional as well as physical benefits it can bring to your daily life, both on and off the mat. sunlight yoga - suzanne little

Suzanne is registered with the Yoga Alliance UK, has her 200 hour teaching certificate and is also qualified to teach pregnancy, post natal and Mum & Baby yoga.

Yoga Styles

 Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a dynamic class which provides a challenging workout. Poses link into each other to create a flowing sequence.

 Pregnancy Yoga - focus will be on movement, relaxation and breathing for pregnancy, labour and birth - providing you with safe exercises which may help you deal with some ailments commonly experienced during pregnancy.

 Mum & Baby Yoga - for Mum: realignment and strengthening after childbirth; For baby: multi-sensory stimulation through touching, stroking, sound and play; For both: relaxation and intimacy, bringing you closer together.

 Restorative Yoga - seeks to achieve physical and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Each pose is held for a few minutes or sometimes up to 10-15 minutes. It is a gentle and deeply relaxing form of yoga.
